At Uber Eats Shop, we strive for total satisfaction with your merchandise; however, due to the nature of food-related items, we offer a 30-day return window for unused and non-perishable goods. Please note that for safety reasons, any food products or perishable items cannot be returned once they have been delivered.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization.
- 2.Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the unused merchandise in its original packaging, ensuring all tags and seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.
- 3.Ship the Items
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and drop the package off at any authorized courier location.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
